A cycle is a recurring sequence of events. It may last days, weeks, months or years. Every day the sun rises and goes down – no matter what, no one can change that. No one can break out of that cycle. In life we experience similar things. And though I do believe that anything can change by faith, the truth is that many have seen themselves imprisoned in a cycle from which it seems impossible to break away. These are a few examples I have seen: |

• People who can’t keep a job for more than 6 months. How can this be? If I have faith, I go to church, I pray, then why can’t I get free from these patterns? Dear reader, there are problems that cannot be solved by prayer alone. Prayer helps a lot, don’t get me wrong. But some habits are rooted within each one of us and to get rid of them we need to identify them and change whatever is keeping them alive. Sometimes it’s the way we think, or a bad habit we have to cut off. The change must happen inside, not just superficially and it will require determination on your part to go through with it. Some psychologists are of the idea that whatever you do in the first 20 years of your life will make you who you are. For them, there’s no escape. I believe there is, even if you have to be born again. This is what we will deal with in ‘Breaking the Cycles of Failures’, a Bible based seminar where for 7 consecutive Fridays we will walk you step-by-step through the process of changing your life. If you want it to work, don’t miss any of them because every week a new topic will be explored. Starting on the 5th February, at 10am, 3pm and 7:30pm. Do you really want to change your life? Then you’re not going to miss this. God bless you all! |
