When I was six years old, I developed a rare skin disease. The skin on the back of my ear was eaten away so badly that my whole ear was bandaged back to stop it falling off. My sister also had a problem with the skin on her head, making her hair fall out and my mother had a stomach ulcer.

Mum took me to the doctors who diagnosed leprosy but could not offer any solution.

After receiving no success from the doctors, my mother began to consult witchdoctors.

Thousands of dollars later, I was still sick and my sister was wearing a headscarf to school to hide her sickness. One of our neighbours who was healed from terrible body swelling, told my mother how the Strong Prayers at the Universal Church (UCKG) helped her.
